Once before I had gone to this store and was ignored BUT this time I called and ordered after finding what I wanted on the website. The two gals that I talked with (Hailey and Lauren) were polite, attentive, and very helpful. I had an uncertain delivery date as we were remodeling and had to wait for paint and carpet. It wasn't a problem. They were able to hold on to my furniture until I was ready and when the delivery came I was once again impressed. The two young men who delivered were polite and so very helpful. I had a mattress set that I needed help with after they set my bed up and they were willing to haul it in for me and place it, no problem, which was fantastic because it was a King size set! I am impressed with the customer service. Thank you all at Ashley Furniture.

Found and awesome mattress after going to 4 other mattress places in Pocatello. Best price as well! Helped us out with some pillows and delivering conveniently for us.
