These guys are not the best! Had them come out when our basement was flooded. Was told we needed the septic pumped so we had them come out same day and do it. $830 and they left a huge mess in our yard and even left the tank lid off when they left. Had them come back out 2 days later because it was still backing up in our basement. We were told that it was a fail on the tech part and we would not be charged. Well about a month later we get a bill for another $185 for the service they screwed up on and assured us we would not be billed. I have been calling them for 2 weeks now to get it resolved. Every time I am told I will get a call back by the end of the day but guess what? No call back. Find a different company that cares. The tech was very negative the entire time he was here also and fracked mud and muck all over our house. Do not recommend them at all.

DO NOT USE THEM! After being quoted one price I was charged more than $100 more. I called and got the quote originally then confirmed the price when I called again to set up the appointment. When I called for an explanation I was told "it is what it is" and that somehow it was my fault for not understanding. Besides, it was probably someone new who gave me that price (twice somehow) and they didn't know any better (as if that is somehow my fault). Oh, and that baffle they broke, that was because it was old and decaying so have fun fixing that one on your own dime too. What a crap company with ZERO customer service. Use one of the local companies that won't screw you. If you do use them get everything in writing, their word means nothing...

Awesome experience!!! Technicians were fast and friendly. Problems were flushed down the drain lol.
