Costco Wholesale

Overall, I am very satisfied with Costco’s products, services, and staff. I have always had great experiences shopping here.nHowever, I recently had one unpleasant experience that I would like to share for service improvement.nI purchased a pair of shoes and a belt, and after two days I realized that the size was not suitable for me. As usual, I went to exchange the items. Unfortunately, one employee an older gentleman with white hair and a bit of white beard did not treat me politely. He questioned why I was returning the items and spoke to me in an unfriendly tone, repeatedly pointing out that the size was written on the product and that I should have checked more carefully.nI understand the store policies, but the tone and attitude were disappointing. I have never had such an experience at Costco before and did not expect it.nOverall, I still fully trust Costco and appreciate the quality of their products and customer service. I am sharing this feedback only in hopes of improving the customer experience.

Costco is great! I feel like a review is unnecessary. If you've been there you certainly know why it's great. I prefer to buy from here over any other store, especially locally. Great product quality at competitive prices and top notch customer service really make Costco stand out.

They normally have such good product. Sadly the last few visits have left me a little disappointed. My salad/wrap lettuce had bugs all over it, like threw out! I had to throw it away. Then my for a rotisserie. chicken was super slimy and had thick skins on it, that just didn't taste as good as normal.nCustomer service is always good. Though they could be more friendly, and have a smile.

I will never use the automotive section again. First off they put tires on my car and didn't put the valve stems on right 3 of the four tires were almost flat when I got home. They put the wrong sensors in my car, and told me I had to go to Nissan to get them reset. When really it was the wrong tpms sensor. Now I bought batteries for my truck 3 months ago that are failing. I had Ford, O'Reilly and Autozone tell me my batteries are failing but because the tool at costco says they are good they will not take them back. I know opinions don't matter anymore but just be careful with the auto center.
