Costco Wholesale

This is by far the worst Costco I have ever used. Reno pits this place to shame. They do less and less for you each year. There is no consistency. Zero. One employee tells you it's this way and another one tells you it's that way. Then one employee will call the other one a liar. Bad management I guess.

We had a good experience at Pocatello costco as we've always had with costco wholesale.nWe bought gasoline from this location on our way back to Boise.nGood customer service as expected.

I love this store. My wallet does not. It’s got such great deals and so many unique items. They are always switching out things so it’s always worth making a trip every couple weeks. The staff have been there for forever so I usually recognize faces. They have some of the best deals in town

We have always gone to costco to get their rotisserie chicken and we love it. But the last 2 rotisserie chickens we have bought have not only been in. A piece plastic bag that licks all over everything. They were raw inside. We won't be buying anymore.

I have been a member of Costco since it first opened its store in Chubbuck/Pocatello. I used to love everything about Costco but last time I shopped there I was prohibited from paying for my items until my husband came out of the restroom to show his face because I was using his card. It did’t matter that I’m the primary member holder. This was embarrassing! My husband and I were shopping together and he stepped away to use the restroom while I paid for our items. I asked if this was their new policy and they said yes. They said many people have been loaning their member card out to non household members and they were cracking down. I understand Costco wanting to enforce their policy but there must be a better way. They risk losing happy customers because of how they have chosen to handle this. I know other people this has happened to and it’s very unfortunate. I will also be making a formal complaint.
