Story

Home Run Sports is a locally owned and operated business that for over 25 years have been a trusted source for your sporting needs. We have been shipping baseball and softball equipment across Canada since 1986 that has expanded into other sports such as soccer, football, volleyball, basketball, curling, hockey & ringette. We also are a key supplier to schools providing them with phys-ed equipment for Elementary grades up to High School & University gym programs. Our four other retail locations include our Head Office in Winnipeg, London, Calgary & most recently Edmonton. Our staff at each location are knowledgable experts that are (in many cases) athletes themselves- giving you the best advice and recommendations for what you may be looking for.

Went to the store and purchase a bat for my son will need to find out unfortunately during a game that it was illegal so the bat was used we contacted Home run sports. They were more than willing to help us. They even gave us a refund. what an amazing store amazing stuff, so helpful and great. I highly recommend this store.
Yesterday, was my first time visiting this location and store. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! I applaud your store for catering to women too! As soon as I entered, I was greeted by smiley staff and asked how they could help me. I was helped right away and then I had staff come around asking if I was being helped. AMAZING! Impressive, wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable staff. It is rare to get that kind of service nowadays. They really look after their customers. I looked around the store and they have an expansive selection of ball gear, and Big League gum my favorite ... they have a tub of it and it made me giggle.nnI used to own a few pairs of Ringors and there are no stores in ontario that I know of carry it. Ringors updated their cleats ... they are lighter still good quality... a little more expensive than what I have paid but I know my cleats lasted longer than any pair that was not Ringors. The Ringor site shared that sizing is a half size larger than running shoes. I did not want to take any chances to order online so I visited Home Run Sports. The staff went out of their way to check their other location for a half size smaller just in case I wanted it and shared what steps I would take. I lucked out and got the right size because this location had it in stock.nnThank you to all the staff that helped me ... I wished I remembered all your names. Owen was the gentleman who checked me out, but each of the staff in the store did come over to offer their assistance and expertise. I encourage everyone who needs baseball, fast-pitch, and softball to check out their online site and visit the store. Great everything!!!!
Well worth the trip. Received excellent guidance from staff on glove selection for slowpitch. They also gave useful advice on maintaining and getting the most from the glove.
Amazing service! I came into that store with almost no knowledge about bats, but Brendan took his time explaining all the bats to me and helped me find one I liked, and on top of that he also helped me find new batting gloves.nn10/10 service will definitely be coming back
