what a pleasure to find a spot that is so professional and helpful

Had what I needed but the service was not great. I went in looking for a generator - they were able to point me to the one I was looking for but that is it.  4 Employees watched as another kind shopper walked me through everything. If i didn't want the scene points I would have left and gone to canadian tire or home depot the service was that bad.

Excellent knowledgeable staff, pleasant , so helpful for a senior shopping. Have been going there for at least 50 years.

You can not walk through this store without being greeted by all the staff members! A truly friendly place. I would come here for any advice on home maintenance and repair topics that I am unfamiliar with, the staff seem very knowledgeable and confident.nThis is also my favourite place to buy Christmas decor and lights! They have great prices for lights especially.
