Most of my interactions at this location have been negative but not all. However, after today I will never go back ever. I went in looking for some basement windows and I was directed to Mike the windows guy in store. Very quickly I realized I was dealing with a uninterested, condescending and arrogant individual. I stuck it out and tried to do business but I realized there was no point. I have no idea why this guy is there he obviously hates his job. Regardless I'm done, Home Depot is far more friendly and they actually want to help you. They don't speak down to you and genuinly want to help you get your projects completed. Never going back!
Shop here regularly to support local. Danny is a great resource and very attentive. They have decent stock and pricing. Have waited for our warranty repairs on our windows for 18 months - I'm sure my warranty will run out before they ever fix them. Not sure whether it's lack of people, or just poorly managed.
Prices here are very reasonable which is something that has brought me to shop here for my woodworking business a variety of times. Great prices can't help the absolute horrible customer service though. You basically get a grunt from most of the workers and you're lucky to even get that half the time. Out in the lumber yard no one will speak to you, no one will address you, and no one will tell you where to go. You're basically on your own, they'll look at you but they will completely ignore you otherwise. You don't even know who actually works there and who is just a customer. It seems that many of the employees don't wear anything to indicate that they actually work there. If you don't care about being treated well as a customer then shop here, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Home Depot price matches anyway.
All the builsing supplies you need. Very knowledgeable staff.
Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Ask! They have solutions for even odd home repqir requests.
Nice place for building supplies and your basic plumbing and electrical
Reasonable price staff could be more friendly.
Absolutely amazing!!! Staff is incredibly knowledgable, helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right tool for the job. So impressed and delighted with my experience and will 100% be returning for future projects.
I had a bit of a run-around there today. A simple purchase resulted in a waste of time in the lumber yard. They seemed a bit unorganized. I did get the item I wanted and the price was reasonable.
Very helpful people , it's great place staff goes above and beyond
