Hollywood 3 Cinemas

At $6 a ticket, this place is pretty great, but it is definitely the nofrills of movie theatres. Staff are very friendly. The place is clean. Only problem for me is that the shows are not as varied as other theatres and there is no way to buy tickets online. Other people may feel that the theatres themselves may be basic, but having seen Top Gun here and again at another theatre and this place does its job as far as I can tell. Other than that, a ticket + large popcorn and drink here is basically the same cost as a basic ticket at other theatres.

Watched this masterpiece KGF here, seating was old fashioned, sound system was average and ticked price was high. Anyway enjoyed the movie.

If you enjoy paying an arm and a leg to watch a movie, don't bother coming here. If you can appreciate the nostalgia of a classic movie theater, great customer service, want to avoid crowds, and do it all at a very reasonable price, you'll love the Hollywood 3! On a Friday night, you can get a popcorn, drink, and movie for around 15 bucks. I highly recommend watching a horror movie here, as it totally sets the mood. One of Surrey's hidden gems!

One of my favourite movie theatres. I have gone mostly to the one on 72nd Ave. The price is a lot lower than mainstream theaters. The seats were replaced within the last few years and are very comfortable. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. I always buy generously from the concession as this is where they make most of their money and I love to support them.

As soon as I arrived to the storefront I was greeted by the kindest man. He welcomed us and asked what were we watching. He mentioned he had seen the movie and made a couple of comments about it, being very careful to not spoil the experience. After the movie I talked to him again about how accurate were his comments and we had a little chat about movies. Such a wonderful person. The popcorn was really good and the prices are unbeatable. The screen is decently sized to watch the movie, even from the last row and the sound system is very good in my opinion. Will definitely come back. Give this place a visit and help keeping these small venues open.

Nice theatre, great price for tickets. I recommend this cinema if you don't wanna spend $30 on a movie. Also air conditioned in the summer and has a 90s feel to it.

It's an okay place. The movie theatre is really small than the other theatres that I have visited. There are only two or three auditoriums and a small place to buy popcorns. This is inside the Newton town centre and you might almost miss it if you don't look for it properly. We went to watch a bengali movie and the experience was not bad I should say.

A great place. This is my first time after a year going for a theater. It was good experience. Through the hall was small it was a great viewing experience, the sound and video quality was excellent. My only concern is there is a huge carpark but only 30 minutes is permitted to park near the theater. If you want to park longer you have to park a little far from the location at the same parking if the management could put a sign board about the arrangement it would help all customers.

Not great. The ticket prices are too high for this theatre for Indian movies. Seating is also bad compared to other theatres. Since this is the only place to watch Indian movies nothing can be done. I'll never go here if Indian movies are released somewhere else. The people are good and welcoming and the popcorn is okay.
