I had an excellent experience at Landmark Cinemas Surrey! The movie quality was impressive, the seats were clean, and the popcorn was fresh and in good bulk. The overall atmosphere was great, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to watch a movie.nnThe only issue I faced was with the sound—at times, it would suddenly get too loud and then drop too low. Hopefully, this can be adjusted for a more consistent audio experience.nnOverall, a great theater with good service. I'll definitely be back!

I've been going to this cinema for years.nThere's always a reason to go back to it because they're constantly upgrading it as well.nWith their recent addition of screen x it's gotten even better and movies feel more immersive than ever.nThe cinema is always clean and the staff is always friendly.nThe bathrooms are spacious and clean as well.nI hope this location stays open for a long time because with the movie lovers membership it's unbeatable

I've heard someone say that customers turn away from a business when there's a lack of consistency and a loss of trust. Well the only consistency I got from this theatre was that I was consistently disappointed. We had their movie club membership because we see a lot of movies, but I finally gave up and cancelled it. The recliner seats are regularly broken, and if you look at the seat maps when booking a ticket it’s clear they don’t get fixed. Don’t bother upgrading to the premium seats either because I’ve found those broken multiple times too which is extra annoying because you’re paying so much extra.nThe theatres don’t seem like they ever actually get cleaned. Often when going to our seats we’re not sure if it has been cleaned yet or not because of how messy it is. When they do have staff clean them, a few times they’ve not been done until after our movie’s scheduled start time.nThe seating maps also aren’t accurate, so be careful when you’re booking your tickets because you might think you’re booking a seat with whomever you’re going with, but end up actually having to share with a stranger. We’ve just been lucky that when this happened, other people were willing to switch seats.nnSo quite frankly, I would rather go to a Cineplex or a cheap seats theatre without reclining seats because I at least know I’m getting what I’m paying for.nnI've added an extra star because the staff are nice, I can hardly blame a business' problems on some minimum wage kids.

This theatre is the best I've seen in a while. The full reclining seats make you feel like you in a VIP section of any other theatres. Lots of space and affordable prices; please give this theatre a shot and trust me it's worth the drive to Surrey.nnFood and drink prices are fair; I would recommend buying the 2 Entries 2 Drinks 2 Popcorns combo from costco as you will save a fair amount of money.

The recliner seats are remarkably expansive, complemented by a generous aisle width. The seating arrangements offer commendable comfort, while the theater itself presents a pristine and sanitary environment. Both the food canteen and restroom facilities meet satisfactory standards, yet there remains potential for enhancement.
