Today was my first time at this Cineplex, and frankly I was missing the one by my home. We went and bought food at Outtakes, and the staff working there, Christie automatically made me feel at home. Her smile was very welcoming and her cheerfulness melted the homesickness. I asked for recommendations on snacks, and she pointed out the churros, chicken and tater tots. They were good. Took kinda long, but her customer service was very good! Thank you Christie for making my Cineplex experience 10/10
My go to movie theatre. Easy and fast to get to if you live in South Surrey area. Lots of parking, and usually easy to find even if very busy. Lots of theaters inside, huge kiosk for movie snacks plus food sellers. Games area, photo booth and a bowling alley and some bars/restaurants across the street.
I went here to watch Black Adam with my sister. Great movie, but even greater atmosphere. Love the way the employee Jake treated us. Really made us feel like a proper couple. We felt very welcome here.
I absolutely loved this place. Came here for the first time today, Sunday, December 4th and was very impressed. Adrian was very kind and had a nice smile as soon as I walked in. There was another handsome gentleman named Nolan who made me feel welcome. They truly made my experience unforgettable. Thank you Nolan and Adrian, rock on
Went to see the Black Panther movie with my family. A nice employee named Jake helped me decide what movie to see and what snacks my children would enjoy. He singlehandedly made our experience amazing. Would come here again with my second family, 10/10.
It's has nice atmosphere but they just didn't clean properly after each movie. Some of the seats are sticky and you could see some popcorn on the floor underneath your chair
Oh boy…. First visit since Covid, on a dead Monday night to see Avatar in IMAX. Wow what a facility this is. HUGE. And empty on a Monday night. Buzz level near zero. Never seen such a sad set of employees. Pay these kids a couple bucks more maybe? Improve the lighting? Vacuum the carpets maybe? Forgot how sticky movie theatre floors are…. And the bathroom still has all these “wash your hands 20 sec” Covid signs, but you have to PUSH the tap to turn it on, and it stays in like 2 SECONDS! More sticky floors too. All round yuck, but after 2 years of empty theatres, I guess I can’t expect much less. No wonder the Cineplex stock is still in the toilet. The movie was great, very expensive to make, and unfortunately very expensive to see as well, $9 for a popcorn with butter still an option I will most likely be back at some point. :
I went to this theatre a couple weeks ago and I must say the employee by the name of Callum was excellent. He was polite, courteous and very helpful. He was a really great employee. W worker.
I went this place on Tuesday because of the price. Quite enjoy the sound effect in the theater with Ultra AVX feature. The only complain was the ticket was booked form Cineplex app and got additional booking fee charged per ticket. Otherwise, it will deserve full stars.
Though my phone was dying, I'm still a cineclub member I thought I'd get some help because my number is tied to cineclub. All I hear is some lame excuse about security. Anyhow I've wasted my trip from Ladner to Richmond. Yes phone dying is my problem but there has to be a better way instead of turning me away. No Merry Christmas help for me. So dejected. Imagine being a cineclub member you lose or your phone gets stolen you won't receive any cineclub benefits on mobile. Unbelievable.
