Hot Stone Massage: $49 + tax We were taken on time however the massage was terrible. My problem areas were not attended to at all, still have so many knots and my aches and pains were not taken care of at all. The lights were on for half the massage and the pressure was nonexistent even without the stones and asking over 6x to increase the pressure. What I was surprised at the most was the fact that I myself had to remove the oil with the hot towel. It was a middle aged brown woman with a British? accent who did my massage...very disappointed! Waste of $55

I went here just today to get a brightening facial done. The lady entertaining me not only carefully heard all my skin issues, she addressed each and every one of them throughout the facial service. It is a great choice for facials, results are instant, will definitely be going back.

I went there with a Groupon deal for a facial, I was a little sceptical at first because the treatment cost only $39. I was greeted pleasantly by front reception. When I was directed to the massage room I was kinda disappointed, the towels on the massage table were old and worn out, in fact there was hair on it from previous clients, there was no relaxing ambience. The lighting was the tube lighting that I see in my office at work every day. It was cold. There was an irritating ticking of a clock, Also the lady who did my facial before even introducing herself to me and asking about my skin, she negotiating extra money for extractions, when I was told in the beginning, extractions were included in the facials... Every facials I have had always included extractions... she was also very opinionated and said microdermabrasion, and other medical treatments don't work and cause more damage to the skin... I was a little more than disappointed. The company was so unprofessional, they didn't even give me a receipt, not even a consultation for future bookings... oh the the lady that did my facial she did say, the next time I come in it going to be $10 extra... I am sure this spa is good for something, but it you are looking for a relaxing ambient professional spa to pamper you... this is the wrong choice.
