Queen Medical Centre

Doctors are very good. Most receptionists are very friendly. BUT, last time I went, I waited two hours and had to leave without seeing a doctor. That is after being told that it would not be a long wait. Then people would walk in and go in before me??!!

Could be worse, but also could be better. The ladies at the front desk seem like they really would rather be out with their friends than making sure the patients are handled efficiently and with care. They speak their own language, and tend not to make the patients a top priority. The doctors however listen well and give accurate diagnosis, at least in my experience. Overall, don't let the rude staff at the front desk turn you off because once you see the doctor you will most likely leave satisfied.

I wish I could give a zero to this clinic too. Doctors are not good and a lady with scarf is so rude, She kept on giving my turn to others. I definitely not recommend this clinic.

Wish I could give that place ZERO rating. Very rude staff, very unprofessional way of handling documents. Had my ultrasound done more than 2 months ago, kept going back and forth to this clinic asking about the results as I feel my condition is getting worse over time. Nobody cares! every time they take the phone number of the imaging center and they say they are going to contact them and so on .... The imaging center confirmed to me that they have sent the results by email and by fax as well. They are NOT the safe hands that you can rely on. They are rude and they do Not care about patients.

Worst walk in clinic I have ever been to ! Very unprofessional . Incompetent Staff and Dr's! They make referrals that never go through. .they don't return calls and broke my child's injection vile ..with no responsibility , as well could not find it once . Rude front desk staff..all look very mad and you can't even understand what they say . Sent a friend of mine home once ..no tests ordered ..he was very sick ...ended up in hospital 2 days later with very serious illness that almost killed him
