Dentistry On Britannia

CATHY IS THE WORST PERSON THERE. SHES A VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB!! SHE HANGS UP ON YOU AND REFUSES TO TELL YOU HER NAME. THERE NOT IN SYNC AT THE CLINIC AND THEY HAVE NO COMMUNICATION!I'VE BEEN GOING TO THAT CLINIC FOR THE LAST 3-4 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF ABUSE AND DISREPECT. I GOT MY BRACES ON FROM THERE. CATHY TOLD ME THE DENTIST I HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH DOES NOT WANT TO SEE ME FOR MY APPOINTMENT AND THE DENTIST TOLD HER THAT. IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT AND WHEN I ASKED WHY THE DENTIST WOULD SAY THAT SHE SAID SHE JUST DOESN'T WANT TO SEE ME. IM CONFUSED AND NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON IN THAT OFFICE.

Can someone explain to me the reason why people have to wait 2 hours when they have called and booked an appointment?! I should have to miss half a day of work to go to the dentist for a check-up and cleaning. Stop overbooking!!! Terrible service.

Do they even have a secretary? Called Endless times throughout the week and no response. Glad there is a dentist on every corner. On to the next one. bye bye

Horrible service! I took my mother for the first time, and waited more than 1 hour not including that we came 20 minutes early and was told I was next after asking an hour later. Instead the receptionist had someone else go ahead of me that came in after me. Her excuse was that he has braces. Theres plenty of dentist clinics, so I went across the street and got much better service! I cancelled my appointment here. Terribly disapointed. Never again!

My mother Begum Hasan went to clean her teeth for the second session on July 6th, 2017. The cleaning lady was very rude, my mother had to leave the clinic without done her cleaning.
