Streetsville Hot Yoga Studio

I've been going to this studio for more than 6 months now. The instructors especially Klema, are wonderful and know their stuff. The place is neat and clean.

I started going to Rebirth about a year ago, and it has changed my life. I look forward to all the different classes and the different instructors. I always feel rejuvenated after a class. Klema, the owner, (apparently, just took over about when I started) is a real sweetheart, and she really cares about making sure that everyone has a great experience at her yoga studio. I recommend this place 100%.

I absolutely love Rebirth yoga studio. I go to the Streetsville location but I've heard the Milton studio is pretty special too! The Streetsville studio has a beautiful energy and all my stress leaves me when I go into the amazing salt rock yoga space. The teachers are kind and lovely. They offer yoga and also amazing exercises that really help tone your body and strengthen your core; the perfect combination of calming (but still an awesome workout) with the yoga classes and more strength training with the variety of other classes. I have been to other yoga studios and live closer to other studios but go out of my way to travel to this one because everything about it is amazing! Highly recommend.

One word: Amazing. I have been to tons of yoga studios and this I can't seem to leave haha. It's so well maintained it makes me want to come back and the staff is so friendly. Thank you guys for making yoga so fun- just the way it should be.

Terrible interaction with the owner (Dorothy). Very rude and condesending. Not the type of Yoga experience I'm interested in!
