Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Paul Ne (Vadnais Heights)

Front Desk staff is always present and attentive. Rooms are what you would expect from any other Holiday Inn Express. One stand out feature is the pool has a lift. This makes it one of the only hotels I have seen where the pool is fully handicap accessible. Proximity to additional venues like Jimmy's next door makes it really easy for anyone travelling to relax and refuel while staying indoors during the Minnesota winters.

Room is good. Breakfast is really nice. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. The connected restaurant Jimmys is good. The bathroom in my room was a little old looking and needs some repairs. Loose tiles on the floor, shower curtain rod was crooked so the curtain kept sliding open. Hard water stains on the toilet. wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling in a couple places. Fan was really noisy.

The front desk is very helpful and nice. At first the rooms weren't as satisfying as I thought, but I grew to enjoy the room. There is a very convenient connection the the restraint Jimmy's. The fitness room wasn't as big as some of the other hotels, and the TV was disconnected to any channels.

Stayed here during a wedding, everyone was able to check into their rooms, the breakfast is pretty good! I enjoyed the selection of food items to choose from. Good coffee, too. I slept on the roll-away bed, so not exactly the most comfy nights rest, but the room was clean.

Really liked it. Clean and the neutral colors were very relaxing. I slept almost 15 hours to catch up on much needed sleep, followed by a really great breakfast! There was everything, right down to boiled eggs and super crispy bacon! Great staff!!! I appreciate all that you do everyday to pull off such a seemless presentation from beginning to end!
