Best Western Plus Como Park Hotel

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here Friday 16, 2018. We had a great experience. The hotel itself was interesting and the historical aspect made it even more appealing. The staff was amazing from making the reservation to checking out. Lavette, was amazing, and every hotel needs her. Our room was very clean and dispite the the busy night it was quite. We reserved a poolside room which made swimming easier for our family and the quaint patio set-up outside of our room was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was more than expected both hot and cold, made the start to our busy Saturday a good one. I would highly recommend this place. Close to lots of fun, but semi-off the beaten path.

This room was large and the bed was quite comfortable. I enjoyed that this was an old railroad station and was redone as a hotel. The walls were very thick and it was very quiet. The toilet needed to be fixed and this was repaired. My only criticism and recommendation is that Best Western should offer "real" milk at the counter where coffee and tea was served. The only product there was a Nestle creamer which is extremely unhealthy, filled with saturated fat and sugar.

Hotel was super neat. The pool was kept nice and warm and the hot tub was nice and hot. Sauna was great too! Breakfast was pretty good, just not the greatest quality. Still would definitely stay there again

DO NOT STAY HERE. My room was robbed while I was sleeping. Staff was rude and standoff about it and I still have not heard from management. My wallet was taken from my room while I was sleeping, my room door was opened and I was robbed. I believe staff was involved. And the fact that Christopher (Hotel manager)Thomas has not taken the time to call a disgruntled guest only tells me that this either was not the first time or he was in on it. I am disgusted at how this business is ran and how they take care of their guests. Once again DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

If i could give zero I would. The houskeeping supervisor tried to break into my room. He was pushing the door so hard over and over again that the security door latch become loose. The front desk management were completely unhelpful. They offered me $7 off my room! They completely blew off the fact that I was fearful for my safety when the housekeeping supervisor tried to break into my room. Needless to say I immediately left and did not spend the evening there. I still have not received any type of response from hotel management about my concerns. Obviously, they are not concerned about my issues. I have waited ample time. It is time to move up the ladder as well as share my concerns over social media.
