I have stayed at this location a few times both before and after the renovation. I think the updates they made are great and were definitely overdo. The bathrooms are a bit small but honestly for a quick room for a night or two it is fine. I stay here when there is bad weather in the area or if I am out late and don't want to drive the hour home. staff is always friendly and the price is great!

Me and my family stopped at the Best Western The Inn at Ramsey specifically because they advertised that they were pet friendly. After driving for 12 hours and arriving at the hotel, the gentleman at the front desk informed us that this particular Best Western did not allow pets since January due to it becoming a franchise. Instead of apologizing, he progressively became more and more rude. Stating that there was no manager on duty. I was extremely disappointed with the service that I was provided and would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Overall this was a very clean and convenient hotel. The only problem was that the heating unit in our room never shut off and it was very hot in the room. The restaurant was right in the hotel and had great food but they were very slow in bringing out the food.

This hotel is not suitable for a cockroach! The room was not cleaned prior to us getting the room. When we pulled the sheets back to go to sleep there was BLOOD and Feces on the sheet. When I called the front desk they said they would bring new sheets well an half hour later they finally came and the sheets were the wrong size. After calling again and waiting another half hour they finally got that right. Called for a wake up call for 12:30 pm and they call 45 mins early. This place should be closed!!! I have contacted my lawyer and the board of health can't wait to see the pictures I took. The staff is horrible too they were supposed to take care of this Monday. I have been getting the run around since then. PURE GROSS HOTEL WARNING!

The hotel was nice, and clean, and the lobby very up to date and modern, there were only stairs to get to the second floor, and they were not very nice looking. They seemed like emergency exit stairwells, with no decoration, or carpeting. Just cement and bare walls. I did like how the 2nd floor was locked off from non-guests.
