Holiday Inn Express & Suites Regina-South

While passing through Regina we had a night scheduled at this hotel. Soon after checking in I suffered a medical emergency that resulted in me being hospitalized for 7 days and my family wife, 2 kids and a dog had to extend their stay.nnThe staff was incredibly compassionate, flexible and helpful. They accommodated multiple changes and extensions. They offered warm smiles and extra attention to my kids and especially my dog during this difficult period. Although it is a chain hotel it felt like a mom and pop BnB.nnCould not be more grateful for the customer service my family was given. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was well above standard.nnThank you so much for everything.nnThe Chabassols

I always choose this hotel chain for the gluten free options at breakfast. This location doesn't offer anything gluten free. There wasn't even plain eggs. Only sandwiches and they were not labeled correctly and marked as a cheese omlette. Super disappointing to find out there isn't the same options here as other locations. Beds were good. Staff was nice. Location is good. Pool and hot tub were closed.

Stayed here on an overnight business trip. Noticed the place was under construction so not all services were available. However, I think it is of importance to realize that even though it was under construction, the Staff still made it a very accommodating stay. They were very polite and welcoming and understanding. I also checked in early so they found me a room that was available. Even though I checked in early, so that was very appreciated.nnI would stay here again with or without construction going on. It is also conveniently located and near eatery and shopping locations. Also quick zip to the airport.

Overall a good place to stay for the value. Free breakfast included with the meal.nnBathrooms are a little cramped and oddly spaced but the room itself was clean and comfy.

Everything in this hotel was broken, the elevators, the pool was shut down, the electric blinds wouldn't work, people were thumping around until after midnight. There was dirty bedding laying on the floor in the hallway and the price for the room was ridiculous. I do not recommend.
