Checking in was a huge problem, not sure if the guy had a bad day or morning but very rude and tempered. Rooms were clean beside the bathroom, floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in a couple months, especially in the corners and around the bath tub. Shower walls weren’t clean. Shower lacked water pressure. I thought the modern room look with the very old chipped and scratched wood bathroom door locked nice…lol. Fridge never really got cold. Nice place but lacks customer service and bathroom maintenance.
Really nice room for a budget hotel. Price was right, great location with everything nearby. It was a quiet night in the room, large windows. Downsides: 1 small elevator, not much parking, due to low cost- drunk guests puking in stairwell, not a reflection on the actual business.
Kid and family friendly establishment, with an indoor pool does get very busy. Room is well appointed with microwave, bar fridge and AC couldn't get our to work. Location is ideal close to multiple resturants and big box stores and central to airport and town. Generally clean and kept up to date however Beds could use some updating as they were a bit worn out. Breakfast not worth writing home about but there's a Timmy's just outside so not a big deal.
Was great hotel experience. Housekeeping was good… amazed… how they look after with my kid’s bunnies on the bed. Very friendly people especially the breakfast person and the front desk person. Accommodating and well mannered staff. Thank you daysinn airport west. See you again.
rough towels like sandpaper for a good exfoliation courtesy of Holidays Inn! they needs to be replaced at one point I guess. House keeping even didn't vacuum the room all the crumbs from the night before were on the ground. The breaker tipped and the crew were not able to fix it! we checked out in the dark.
