I and my hubby loved our stay here at this hotel! Aurie at the breakfast bar was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she greeted everyone with such a warm smile and friendly attitude. She was so attentive, accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such genuine kindness and positive energy to their work. She truly made our breakfast experience memorable. Outstanding customer service — we’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
Had a great stay at Fairfield by Marriott Regina. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better.nnThe hotel has a great vibe, and the indoor swimming pool was a nice bonus to relax and enjoy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Regina. I look forward to staying here again!
Had such a wonderful experience thanks to Aurie at the breakfast bar! She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always had the biggest smile on her face. Her positive energy made our morning even better. You can really tell she cares about the guests and goes above and beyond with her service. Will definitely be back again. Thank you, Aurie!
Tried looking on website for the name or email of the GM for this property.nI am a long time bonvoy member and experienced a terrible spring May Long weekend snow storm last night May 15/2026 as I crossed the border into Sask on my way home from a road trip to Ont. The visibility was almost zero and the snow was starting to stick so we decided to stop to be safe and find lodgings for the rest of the night. It was after 2 am. I couldn’t book on my app as it recognized we were already into Saturday but I needed a room for the rest of Friday night. So I called this property. The night desk person said yes we have rooms but I can’t help you…our audits? have been already done and I cannot change them…I clarified…so you have rooms available but you CAN’T let me have one of them….yes that’s correct.nnLiterally isn’t that what you’re in business for? Didn’t catch his name but he dismissed us. He was on shift O/N on May 15 and was probably off this morning.nnI found lodgings at another Marriott property and told him what happened. He said he just didn’t want to adjust his “audit report” but it could have been done.nnIf your website had an email I would have used it but this is my only avenue available.
Stayed for one night during the recent snowstorm after my flight was delayed to the next day. This is a very clean and recently refreshed hotel. The staff are very accommodating and greatly enjoyed the LondonBelle Restaurant for dinner. The room is well appointed, extremely clean and has a great bed and shower. Morning complimentary breakfast had enough options and was satisfying. Highly recommend.
