Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a good breakfast. Having the shuttle bus available 24 hours a day was extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very Nice clean hotel.with very friendly staff flew in from samana at 2am stayed overnight to catch flight in morning back to sydney one of our travel.group inquired about a store nearby before our flight. The manager drove us there herself on way to airport INCREDIBLE!! customer service...thank you

The beds did not feel all that comfortable but they were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions and there was free snacks available. TV did not really work either.

Terrible Experience. I am a Business traveller. Once checked in than I was informed the wifi connection will not be stable. In my room neither well wifi connection nor cell network coming which I could instead used as hotspot. Back to stone Age and paying $ 200 for this miserable Hotel service. When complained the front office. I wad told to come to lobby downstairs to work. When I adked the lobby connection is better rudely answered May Be. IHG Membership now going down to trash. Will never Ever stay in Holiday Inn.

Rooms were fine, but the Wi-Fi was terrible. Hopefully they can work that out. I was bored out of my mind all evening.
