Ho Ban Korean Restaurant

Authenticity is definitely Korean and it is good. Food may not be same as picture but the taste is definitely there! Price is really reasonable. The only thing that needs improvement is the tiny oysters in the seafood tofu soup it was chewy and very fishy. Their Korean fried chicken is really good! Seasoned just right! Even leftovers tasted good! Love their bugolgi hot pot!

We ordered the fried chicken in two favors, sweet and spicy, and soy garlic. They taste great but they don’t look anything like the pictures in the menu. I wished the chickens were in bigger pieces because they were dry. The spicy soup with pork bone and cabbage was great though . Great flavor with lots of meats. We also ordered the kimchi fried rice but I won’t recommend it.

Pretty good korean restaurant. They have a variety of dishes including table BBQ options as well. Korean fried chicken was pretty good too. All pictures were taken after a few bites unfortunately. Was too hungry. -1 star for their poor ventilation. If someone is cooking on these table BBQ, everything in the whole restaurant including all your clothes will smell.

The food was amazing and the staff were super nice and helpful! Their side dishes banchan were so tasty and even my picky child enjoyed their korean fried chicken! Parking: Lots of parking available

I always go here with my family when I am craving for some Korean foods especially the Gamjatang T01 on the menu. The taste is perfect and the honeyed potato is yummy as well! Today is Black Friday and it was very busy around 7pm but somehow the waiter was able to manage it all. Prop to him!

Two weeks ago, we went to this restaurant for lunch and and took this opportnity to celebrate my mom's birthday. We chose it because we had tried once by home delivery and they were gennerally tasty. We booked a table a day ago at 11:30 am. By the time reached there, it was just opened. Hence, all tables were empty. We ordered a few dishes including Saewoo Twigim Ojingeo Twigim, Seolleongtang, GamJaTang and Yachae Bokkeumnsp. Overall speaking, the food is generablly OK. I have a bit disappointment because it is not as delicious as I expect. The service was also average. When we left at around 12:30 pm, thehe customers were still rare.

First time come here, not to bad, the potatoes very good and fish cake. Spicy chicken also good with my bf only spend around $40 we will come next time.

Delicious food and cheap drinks! Pick Ho Ban as a first dine-in restaurant after the lockdown. Wow!! Me and hubby had a great time. Excellent service and great food. We were stuffed after. Big portion for everything. Highly recommend Pork intestine for bbq. Delicious!! Beer and soju are reasonably priced. Not overcharged like other bbq restaurants!! Highly recommend and would come back often!

I had dinner with my family and friends few hours ago. I was so impressed with only one person managing the restaurant. I think he’s the owner. He greeted us, checked the vaccine certificates and IDs, took our orders and served it all as well. He managed to take all orders with no mistakes and doing the cashier job as well. He asked us if we need anything else… he’s polite and approachable. My husband and daughter loved the bulgogi jeongol on our table so do I…my first time to try tteokbokki I like the thin sliced fishcake but the rice cake kinda gooey…i found it so heavy to tummy after eating 4 slices and serving is good for 6 people I guess….it’s nice to try new things though which always makes me wanna try this after watching many korean drama. I also like the side dish -sweet potato as dessert and the level of spice for kimchi was perfect for me just mild. For shrimp tempura and calamari, better to order in Japanese restaurant. Other than that it was all good, we enjoyed the dinner with family and friends. We will definitely come back here. Good service. Keep it up!

My friends and I ate here after a busy evening at Activate. The side dishes and food were good! The portions were also big. The servers were very hospitable and helped us pack up any leftovers.
