Very tasty menu with reasonable prices. Large portions mean you will not leave hungry. The staff was very attentive and offered personal suggestions and recommendations off of the menu. Most menu items allow you to choose the spice level, so if you're afraid of the cuisine being too spicy, don't worry. Many items on the menu are vegetarian, dairy free, or gluten free for people with dietary restrictions. Highly recommend this place

We went to Himalayan after skiing. The food was fantastic and the service was fast and super friendly. The garlic naan is to die for! We each had something different (7 of us) and each dish was tasty and tender. I'd highly recommend the Himalayan.

Awesome! The food was truely fantastic. This place is extremely busy so be prepared to maybe wait to get a table. They offer take out as well. The owner and staff were great. The kitchen staff are on the ball. The food is very reasonably priced which makes this the best place we are at in Fernie. I wish we had gone earlier in the week so I could have gone again. It is a must eat at place!

Have had Indian cuisine all over and this place is top notch. Food is outstanding, service exceptional and the atmosphere is on point. If you come to Fernie and do not eat at HSB, you have not experienced Fernie.

Great Food! Fantastic Service! Suggest making a reservation for larger groups. We are here twice in 3 Nights it was so good!
