Regarding the availability of spices and ingredients essential for traditional cuisines that reflect food from some Asian countries, including Nepal, this store, which is located close to beautiful Church of the City, is simply amazing! They accept American Express, which made the purchase very convenient! Plus, there is a parking lot with free parking on Sundays adjacent to the store, in addition to the availability of on-street-parking spaces nearby. Including price tags on products could have made this purchase much easier but I think they are in the process. It was almost an 80 km drive one way; however, it was worth the drive! Thank you, Himalayan Grocer!
Best Nepali store among other stores in the GTA!! when you miss Nepal you don't have to go and travel to nepal you just go to guelph and get the products like nepali achar noodles and other products as well l i would recommend to others if they are miss the foods from Nepal the owner is friendly and kind and from Nepal as well which is great!!! Cheers!!!
Amazing hidden gem of a store in downtown Guelph. International ingredients from all over the world And local craft specialities like kimchi. They've also got Lacroix!
Lovely place and lovely family! The store has really good asian food I can’t find in Walmart or places like that. The family is really nice too. I just wish they had black bean noddles, that would be awesome! Edit: THEY GOT BLACK BEAN NOODLES YAAAY!
Lovely woman greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very helpful and informative. Store is clean with nice wide aisles. I will definitely go back.
Really great little grocery store featuring ethnic food from a variety of places. This is my go-to place for spices, avocado oil, coconut milk, curry mixes, rice, and great ice cream too. It appears to be family owned, and they are very nice and helpful. Really glad we have a place like this right in the heart of downtown Guelph. Keep up the great work team!
Great service! I came in with a list of ingredients to make a meal and when the man behind the counter saw my list, he asked to see it and led me to every ingredient I needed!! Will definitely shop here again :
Very Nice Store. Specially Man he looks really helpful. He was asking me what I was looking for and he gave me different options .I definitely recommend this store to all my friends and families. Customer service excellent .
One of the few sources of authentic Asian ingredients in Guelph. Staff owners? very pleasant, willing to find ingredients if you can show them what you want...prices not quite what I can get in Toronto, but then I'd have to drive to Toronto.
I really appreciate their efforts to keep the customers happy. I couldnt find banana leaves anywhere, and they didnt have it either. But when i asked if they can get it, they were able to get it for me the same day. I really appreciate it, and recommend that everyone go check out their store! Not to mention that the prices are very reasonable and affordable!
