My visit to the deli section of Metro was truly exceptional. The customer service was outstanding, with staff members who were not only pleasant but also genuinely attentive to my needs. The prices, when compared to other local competitors, are far more reasonable. I would like to give a special shout-out to Andrew from the deli counter. His courteous demeanor and professional service significantly enhanced my shopping experience. For those in search of top-notch deals and a wide selection, I wholeheartedly recommend Metro's Deli. The quality of the meats is commendable, and they are packaged with utmost care, reflecting the high standards of the store.

I can always find chicken/steak etc in the butcher/meat department that serves 2 people. Prices are always reasonable too. It's hard to find this at many grocery stores when you are only shopping for 2 or 1 person.

Had the pleasure of shopping today at the wine store and the young lady around 2:30pm working was such a pleasure with a great personality. Then I was cashing out at the till closest to the wine store and I believe a young Indian male was the one I met with. This young man was such a treasure and has a fantastic work ethic! He defiantly is a keeper at the store.nnI hope this young man is retained and kept as well as the young lady at the wine store .

Ian was absolutely so sweet! He helped us load our groceries into the car with no questions asked! He even offered and did it all with a smile on his face. We love Ian!

Good place to shop. Meat & produce quality is great. Been shopping here for years but always had to go to another grocery to get my bakery stuff. Idk why or what's going on with Metro's bakery but it's like they are getting cheaper and cheaper with their products. I've had to ask for more icing was refused so just started shopping for it elsewhere but really hoping to go back to being a one stop shop and that the manager can revise the bakery a little. My family bought these Danish's yesterday. They told me what they bought so I jokingly said they prob have no icing on them... sure enough.... What gives with the lack of icing metro ? Is it a budget cut thing ? Or is it you have an employee applying icing who REALLY hates icing. And if we find it not enough can you make it so we can request more on top without the employee being rude and out right refusing too ?nnAgain love your store but dang bakery is hurting a little and has been for awhile now but seeing how it's becoming less and less icing/topping I feel something now needs to be saidnnThe icing on the bottom of the box isn't because it melted, there was a Danish on-top and icing from that one stuck to the box. I know because I ate it.. well.. tried to before throwing it out due to lack of icing
