Hey so this amazing employee I think her name is Dahna or Dana really helped me out with picking something out. She was very knowledgeable and I walked out of there knowing she helped me. I'm lactose intolerant, and it is rare to have an employee give me recommendations that are adapted to my dietary restrictions. Thanks so much!

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service.nnI recently purchased the Jason Revitalizing Citrus Pure Natural Body Wash from the Goodness Me! store on Wellington St. in Guelph. My wife opened it before use and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant chemical smell—completely unlike the fresh citrus scent we’ve come to expect. We've been using this same product for a couple of years and always loved it. This time, the smell was sickening.nnI brought it back to the store the next day, explained the issue, and asked for a refund or exchange. I was told they wouldn’t do anything without a receipt and claimed we had used the product—despite the fact that we couldn’t even use it because of the odor. I left the bottle with them and asked them to dispose of it.nnWhat disappointed me most was the dismissive attitude. As a long-time regular customer who has spent thousands of dollars there over the years, I expected better. I understand store policies, but there should be some flexibility when a product is clearly defective—especially one you carry regularly.nnSadly, this experience has made me question whether I’ll continue shopping at Goodness Me.

Love it here! Way better experience than at Market Fresh up the road. Clean, organized, great selection, not too overwhelming. Prices can be a lil crazy but aligns with what some of these products go for at other stores. This is the only place I can find Quark! The premade sandwiches and such are also great!

A good selection of frozen berries. I buy tart cherries there. Also, delicious pastries, organic cottage cheese and yogurt.

This store cafe used to be my favourite but not anymore.. I’m very disappointed from today’s visit with my friends, the brewed coffee was not warm enough so we couldn’t enjoy it, the Beef chilli was mostly vegetables and beans instead of beef!nSuch a shame as I used to enjoy the coffee and the food there but today it was awful.
