I was going to be out late celebrating my birthday in Hartford and didn't want to worry about driving home and ended up booking a room here for the night. The checking staff were efficient and courteous. There was parking in the adjacent garage which is validated by the hotel. You do need your room key to operate the elevator. Unfortunately once we got into the room it smelled like weed. Felt like I was getting high by just being in the room. Besides that I didn't have any other complaints. May consider staying again.

Great location to walk to the river or restaurants downtown. Close to stores and various venues. The staff are always friendly and funny. Rooms are very clean. I have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it.

Room was extremely clean. Staff were engaging and delightful to deal with. Pool was a tad frigid at 6am, but effective for waking up. Will definitely book here again if I'm ever back in Hartford.

Come here every year in the summer for the weekend. Love coming here. Very clean employees are so nice, understanding, personable. The resturant downstairs have amazing mixed drinks and the food is emaculate. I isn't stay at any other hotel but the Hilton

I like Hilton Hartford - nice view from top floor rooms, good service, nice complimentary breakfast/evening snacks. You should try the food in bistro downstairs - salmon, chicken wings and pasta are simply delicious!
