Have stayed here multiple times. This visit I had issues with my charges...but, the manager kindly resolved them. The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was a tad firm for my taste. The new blinds in the room had gaps which allowed bright light in and the mini fridge was difficult to close. Otherwise, a fine place to stay and I will give them another chance!

The staff is great. This is top notch clean. Very professional for soical events. All around I would rate it in the top 3 best hotels.

Friendly staff. The room was great, very clean. Smelled very clean also. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through Wilkes Barre.

Nice place. Done a good job updating most. Faucets were hard to turn on and shower water pressure was meh. Otherwise not bad.

Beautiful hotel. Always friendly personable  staff, cook to order breakfast, nicely refreshed rooms.  This is my go to hotel  as I frequent the area for business.
