I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a week now, and I’ve had a great time. The location is fantastic, with free parking right next to the services. The surrounding area is well-lit, which makes it feel safe and welcoming.nnThe guest manager, Christian, and the assistant guest services manager, Ahmad Allam, have been incredibly supportive. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that we have a pleasant stay. Some other service manager team members, whose names I can’t recall, have also been helpful and friendly.nnThe breakfast is delicious and caters to both halal and vegetarian diets. The overall state of the hotel is very good, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend it.

My stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville was supposed to be just three days, but a family emergency unexpectedly forced me to extend my time in Canada. During what was a very difficult and stressful period, one person made an enormous difference: Evan at the front desk.nnFrom the moment I arrived, Evan was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He arranged an early check-in and offered me an upgraded room at a price that was simply too good to pass up. That thoughtful gesture immediately made an already stressful situation much easier.nnWhen my plans changed and I explained that I needed to stay longer because of the family emergency, Evan went above and beyond once again. He allowed me to remain in the same upgraded room and honoured the rate of my original booking. That level of flexibility and compassion is exceptionally rare and meant far more than he probably realizes.nnThe hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and wonderfully relaxing, but it was Evan’s outstanding hospitality that turned a hotel stay into a genuine source of comfort during a very turbulent time. He was a ray of sunshine when I needed it most.nnThank you, Evan, for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. You are a tremendous ambassador for Holiday Inn, and because of you, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Oakville area.

Came to Oakville for a medical appointment from out of town. The hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk greeted us with a smile and was very polite and helpful. We had dinner at the  Burger Theory restaurant and both got the Lonestar burger. It was one of the best burgers that I have ever had. It was so delicious! Shout out to Chef Athula, who was the one that prepared it!nAnd shout out to our wait staff as well, who was the only one on that evening of May 5th and did an amazing job. We did not have to wait too long for anything!!

I had a fantastic experience staying at Holiday Inn. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and made it easy to relax after a long day.nnWhat really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Evan and Joel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference and truly elevated the entire experience.nnIt’s rare to come across service like that, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Evan & Christian are amazing and we had the best night sleep. Super recommended.nI enjoyed the gym! I forgot my toothbrush and they even gave me one for free‍
