Wonderful helpful service at front desk. convenient to have food options in the same building. Downtown location a big plus.nnThe room was just average, as was the bathroom. In particular the walls are thin and I could hear average level conversation early in the morning like I was at breakfast. Bed was medium firm and enjoyable.nnOverall not a bad stay.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ithaca, NY. The hotel is in a great location, just a short drive from downtown Ithaca and the many attractions in the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for my stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.nnThe on-site restaurant and bar was a convenient option, with a good selection of food and drinks. The breakfast buffet in the morning was tasty and had a nice variety of hot and cold items. The fitness center was also a nice perk, allowing me to get in a workout during my trip.nnThe only minor downside was that the hotel was quite busy during my stay, so the common areas could get a bit crowded at times. But overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely consider staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca again on a future visit to the area. A solid 4 out of 5 stars!
Overall good The room was convenient in that we were in the middle of downtown. The service was great The folks gave us a ride to the airport. There was a pair of dirty underwear from the previous guest in the room... It was higher up in a cubby and I seen it and imagine that the cleaning crew were not tall enough. So a honest overlook.
Great location near the center of Ithaca and close to several restaurants and shops. Rooms are clean and modern. Good sized gym and pool with jacuzzi. Parking is in a separate structure across street from the hotel and is free with validation otherwise it’s $1/hr and $10/overnight. Great selection of snacks and drinks in the sundaes section next to the front desk.
Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca is one of the best hotels I stayed in while I was out in the US. The Front Desk team were awesome. They were on top of every guest's needs. They are thorough in their job. I also love that they have refreshing drinks to cool us down and complementary coffee in the morning. I had some medical issues and they made sure I am in great hands. It was a home away from home. Housekeeping team did above and beyond looking after the cleanliness of the room. The location was good, it was at the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and local shops nearby. It is a great place to stay. Thank you all for making our stay memorable!!!
