Hampton Inn Ithaca

The building looks brand new. Rooms were very neat and clean. Had fall decor everywhere inside. Welcome note on the TV was a nice touch. You have fast food at walking distance from the hotel.

Nice place to stay. Great staff very attentive to their guests needs and friendly. Very very clean. Yummy breakfast with a fresh assortment of baked goods, fruits, and hot plates. Very comfortable rooms. Tea, coffee, and hot cocoa 24 hours a day station always clean and we'll stocked. Plenty of soft towels including by the pool area. Pool clean. Lobby was clean even after guests were there. This is our new favorite hotel when we come to visit our grandkids.

Good: Big and clean rooms, clean and cozy beds. Breakfast above average. Nice and helpful staff.nnBad: Permanent background noise even at night. Source of that is the hotel itself. Room was on top floor headed to back side, so it wasnt the hwy traffic. Just like a loud fan or AC on roof? Too much unnecessary trash produced at breakfast. Please switch to regular dishes and cutlery.

It's a nice place to stay. There is free parking, free breakfast, a pool and a small gym. The location is great since it's across the street from the shopping mall. The rooms are adequate, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The worn chairs in the dining area could use some updating. It could also need regular cleaning along with the elevator. We've stayed here many times. This was the first time that I saw the hotel in this condition.

We stay at many Hampton Inns and this location was exactly as we expected. The rooms are Hampton standard - roomy and comfortable. This location as on the outskirts of town - close to shopping and restaurants. The one issue was the parking lot - unusually small for a Hampton Inn.
