Hidalgo's Authentic Mexican Restaurant

Food was fresh and flavorful. Good authentic Mexican flavors. Nice and clean dining area. Relaxing atmosphere.

Food was good, service was sub par. There was some sort of drama between our waiter and the lady who brought out our food. Slow to refill drinks and chips. Too bad, we're new to the area and looking for a GREAT place to be our regular dine-out...this likely won't be it.

We had to go back to the bar to get refills on our water and Pepsi...had to go back to the bar to get more chips and salsa. Waitress never checked on our table. Food was bland and generic tasting. Waitress was not friendly. Although the food did come out fairly quickly.

Food was very good. Great lunch specials. Staff was nice but not overly attentive. Would eat here again and recommend.

I guess this is the place to take a date if your cheating. Won't have to worry about being seen. There's no one in this place. That was my first bad feeling. But the wife wanted to try it so we did. Wasted 35 bucks. Was not good at all. Flour tortillas tasted like cardboard... Really... the salsa they serve with chips was runny/water in it. Server was nice. Checked on us 3 times. I left him a tip. Food was your basic Sysco frozen food. Like most restaurants. We wont return.
