Klamath Falls Black Bear Diner

We went in this evening my family and I was pretty distracted while we were eating watching the mice run back and forth between the Jukebox and the u-shaped Corner seating taking food back to their nest inside that seat when I told the wait staff it seemed as if they already knew the problem existed as I continue to eat I started realized that when there's no one in the restaurant the mice probably run and s*** all over everything. Stomach-turning isn't it what's the safe alternative Denny's with their ceiling falling apart and the seat saw duct tape together or Elmer's with their overpriced horrible tasting food we need some better restaurants here

Fast friendly service. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs with the hashbrowns. The food was good and the coffee was great. Loved the atmosphere and the gift shop.

One of our go to dinner in town. Good atmosphere (bear theme) and food. Staff is friendly and service is good.

I love Black Bear! It has a special place in my heart because I grew up in Mt Shasta where the original one started. But the food is always great -- breakfast is my favorite. The chicken fried steak runs a close second.

This is a solid home style cooking experience. The dinner salad was large with fresh dark greens, not your typical iceberg lettuce. I tried the meatloaf dinner and my wife ordered the pot roast. Portions were plentiful. I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had, but it was good. Mashed potatoes were real redskin, not instant. Green beans fresh snapped style with bacon. We arrived just before their dinner hour traffic peaked, and our waitress was very busy but remained pleasant as her section filled up. Good experience overall; we'll try it again sometime.
