I was so excited to try the DIY bubble tea and it was really fun! I think it’s really unique and there were so many toppings to choose from. I really enjoyed being able to try lots of the toppings and some I had never seen before. It is a little expensive, but in line with other bubble tea shops and a cool experience. I got mine to go but the seating area looked really nice.

Visited Hi T last weekend and really enjoyed their teas and desserts. I loved the atmosphere and vibes, such a cute and bright decorated shop. Loved all the fun boba toppings and delicious teas to choose from. Will definitely return for more treats! Food: 5/5

Great cozy atmosphere with board games and IG-worthy photo ops. I just got a basic oolong pearl milk tea so I can’t speak to the topping options, but I found my drink to be lacklustre. The tea itself was fine but the pearls were squishy and not fresh. That and it was overpriced compared to the competitors. I want to see this business do well, but I was disappointed by this experience.

This place is wonderful! The specialty here is DIY bubble tea, where you select your tea base and add as many different types of toppings as you'd like to fill your cup! There are tons of fun toppings like fruity fish, popping boba, and more!! The staff is very helpful and kind, and the vibe is fresh and aesthetic! Will certainly be coming back often, highly recommend!

Went to Hi T the last 2 days since their grand opening with promotion. The drinks are great with 10+ different type of toppings to choose from. The store is pretty to check-in and service is excellent. They are willing to re-do your drink if it is their mistake. I will come back again and definitely recommend to friends.Food: 5/5

Went with my family and had a wonderful time they had a nice selection of board games. I got a taro milk tea and it tasted great. They served us water while we were playing. They were very sweet and I recommend anyone visit them with friends and/or family.Food: 5/5

I really liked the concept. It's the first DIY boba place I've seen in Ottawa where you get to choose your own toppings and also however many toppings you want. I went on opening day so it was 50% off all drinks but just a pro tip it will be a little expensive for people that get the bucket DIY option.Food: 4/5

Omg! My bubble tea dreams have come true! Unlimited toppings for a fixed price. And they have so many unique toppings, like jellies shaped like fish, jelly balls the size of grapes with cubes of cream cheese inside, taro pudding, and so much more. They have a size called "bucket" and it's huge, lol. I love this place! I got a strawberry tea and it had real strawberry pieces in it. Of course I added like all the toppings, haha. If you love toppings, you need to check this place out. There's lots of seating and the decor is really nice.

Amazing food and drinks a bit sad that they didn’t have OG tapioca but overall delicious great macarons fun board games lots to chose from beautiful flower decor! Vegetarian options: Everything I had was vegetarian and I had a whole meal. Kid-friendliness: I am a kid basically and it was amazing and they were very nice
