TP Tea

This is THE BEST bubble tea I've ever been to in my years of having bubble tea. Firstly, the service is amazing. There is a young man with glasses who seems to be owner/manager, and he's always serving the customers on time. He's not on his phone or gossiping to co workers like the other bubble teas I've been to. He's kind, confident, and out spoken. As for the other employees, they are just as amazing as the young man I've described. Obviously this place puts pride in customer service. 10/10! The drinks are amazing and crafted with detail and to accordance of the customer's wishes. The drinks are presented beautifully, always with a straw as some other places you have to ask for one, and every drink I've tried here is so delicious. Not to mention the drinks are affordable! Please consider this spot if you're craving bubble tea. I've been here more than once and I'm happy to say that the service is always great.

The best mango pomelo sago drink out there! My favourite drink all year round - so delicious and refreshing. The employees at this location are always so friendly, patient, and efficient!

Great place for yummy bbt! I always have to stop by whenever I go to the mall. Love the coffee jelly and the mango pomelo sago with tea jelly! Service is super friendly and fast. Definitely recommend!

Finally came across TPTea during my time in Ottawa and my go to was the 3Q TP milk tea. It has coffee jelly bits which were my favourite and the customer service was great! If you’re roaming around the mall; TPTEA is a recommended option in my opinion for bubble tea.

The mango pomelo sago with tea jelly is so delicious and amazing!! It’s a must try! In the summer, I love getting the fresh fruit tea with chia seeds and grapefruit ice tea with aloe. So refreshing. Great customer service.

Amazing staff! I have dietary issues and diabetes : the staff was very patient with me and they are very knowledgeable with the drinks they serve. Went back plenty of times ! Great beverages and great service!!!

Everything is well done except that it asks for tips even though it’s a fast food place.

Stopped by here to pick up some drinks for the family after doing some shopping. I was surprised that staff was super friendly and pleasant to talk to. I did not know what to order since it was my first time there. The staff was super patient and recommended a couple drinks for my family. Everyone loved their drinks! Needless to say, I'll be back! Mango Pomelo Sago, I'm thinking about you! LOL

Tried to ask a couple of questions about the menu on my first visit. Worker walked away, did other stuff, told me to talk to him as he changed the TV channel. I went to the friendly tea place downstairs.
