Horrible attitude ! I’d give zero star if I could. I feel so sorry for the owner for hiring such a rude lady. We went there on Sunday afternoon around lunch hour, didn’t catch her name but she was by herself. Not a pleasant experience with that lady at all! To be fair, maybe there’s someone else serves with better attitude, unfortunately, I was out of luck and met the rudest one. Business would’ve easily be better if better customer service provided.

Would give -5 if I could. Worst service and took wrong order. Wrong label and wrong tea. Bad taste and bad presentation as well! PS: visited Dec 3 around 1:40pm. The staff was extremely rude!

Came during opening hours last Wednesday afternoon, but doors were locked and no one was inside. Disappointing experience. I would give 1 star but feel bad about leaving a low rating without trying their bubble tea.

Ordered roasted oolong milk tea with grass jelly! Friendly service and excellent bubble tea! Highly recommended! I don’t like the paper straws though, hard to poke through the top.

Ordered the black sesame milk tea with golden tapioca and red bean. They take cash only but there is no signage of this. Service was slow slow even though there were no customers. The drink did not taste good at all. Definitely will not be returning.

Friendly service. First time trying their bbt "golden tapica milk tea", did not disappoint. The golden tapioca is chewy and the sweetness level is just right. Will be back again to try other drinks.

Easily accessible from the underground parking. Staff were friendly. Drinks are tasty!

The Uji Matcha is great. Good matcha flavour. The toppings that they give is a bit lacking. They need to give a bit more.
