Ordered 2 different burgers and I got two the sime kinda. No ketchup no pickle was requested. Ketchup and pickle was inside the two wrong orders. But the best is the way burgers were cooked..
Good at keeping consistency in serving bad meals. Worst fries I ever had. The fries were oily and the burger patty tasted like cardboard. Not sure if its the problem of the restaurant or the franchise. Never trying any food from herethis store for sure.
Ordered on Uber - luckily I opened my burger to remove the tomato and there was hair on the tomato. Drinks were half filled, I did not eat my burger obviously - my husband ate his and complained the bread to be stale/doughy…but my biggest concern is the hygiene within the facility and if proper precautions like hair net, close etc.. are being used
The store is about 1/4 full with no line up. Waited over 25 minutes and counting for a single meal. Cashier's excuse with an attitude: "we have a lot of customers". Come here if you want to waste your time and order from their rude and unapologetic staff. Terrible.
Worst burger ever. Ordered two Heavy Hitter combos for 51.00 w Uber Buy 1 get 1 free still cost me 36.00. Looks nothing like picture. Half the size. Burger dry beyond belief, bun stale and a thick slice of end tomato that slipped out constantly w stem piece. Cold fries. Coke zero not distinguishable between coke when delivered. Stay away no pride in their preparation at all.
It's hard to find good food after 9 pm in Maple, but I rolled into Hero's and Raj made me the most delicious burger I've ever had ! It was thick, juicy and full of flavour. The service was also outstanding. I'll see you again soon.
Slowest service of existence. 30 minutes for a burger and fries. Even after checking up on our order, they took forever. After 20 minutes I tried to cancel my order but they claimed that it was already being made. Mind you it wasn't busy and we lost time heading into Canada's Wonderland.
Ordered through uber eats Heavy hitter combo. I got additional toppings of sautéed onions and crispy onions. It tastes delicious ! Perfectly made well done patties as requested. Thank you guys and stay safe !
The girl on shift was very polite, took my order calmly and was real friendly. Service was excellent and the snacks were tasty too. Must visit.
IF you want to eat hairy burger then definitely visit this location. I went with my daughters, found 3 pieces of hair in our burger. Two guys with beards were working but not wearing any hair nets. I was absolutely disgusted left our food, got my money left.
