On point. The burger was perfect and tasted great. It was so nice to actually get a burger that also looks like the advertised picture, instead of something that seems like it was put in somebody's back pocket before they went horseback riding. Although the burger is closer to a standard for taste, the fries are so much better than any regular fries. I think it's the peanut oil they use. They also give you a ton as you can see. That was the smallest size fries as well. The establishment is in good shape and clean, but they do need to get their washrooms fixed though, the good news is that the family one that was working was clean. Good job checking my COVID passport. They actually scanned my QR code. Located in a plaza just off highway, it has good parking and is easy enough to get in and out of. Andy was great, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and efficient. One of the better Five Guys I've been to. ASIDE: Hawk also had lunch right outside the window. Who would have though they would have good entertainment too.
Wow! This visit was incredibly disappointing, and just plain bad. I've been to this location many times, but this visit was not a winner. The bun on the burger was cold, like straight from the fridge cold. But worst of all my fries were cold, like freeze my lips cold. And they barely put enough fries in the cup to reach the top. This "large" fry cost me $6.39. With the cost of everything going up I'm not sure if paying $6.39 for a cup of fries is worth it. Considering I can buy a 10 lb bag of potatoes for $5
The fries were also a standout, likely due to the peanut oil they use, and the portion size was generous. Although the establishment was in good shape and clean, the washrooms were in need of repair. The staff were friendly and efficient, with Andy being particularly noteworthy. The restaurant's location in a plaza just off the highway provided easy access and good parking. Overall, this was one of the better Five Guys locations I've visited, despite some minor issues.
We ordered double patty burger and we found the patty burgers very thin and falling apart and the BLT sandwich was on a bun and the bacon wasn’t made fresh, it was bacon that was sitting in a deep fryer basket on the counter probably for the whole day. I’ve been in the restaurant business fir many years and when you own a franchise you should make the effort to go into other locations to see how they prepare their food. The one near me in Toronto does not prepare the food the way this location did. On a positive note the establishment was very clean.
Crazy good burgers for crazy high prices! Costs about $20+ a person for what you might consider a "combo" they sell the stuff individually, but the burgers are fantastic and they give you a load of fries so if it's in your budget then go for it!Recommended dishesCheeseburger
Fries were so over salted they burned the tongue. Completely inedible. The burgers were good, but they have joined the trend of asking customers to help subsidize employee income by paying an additional 15 to 25% tip on top of their fast food order.
Such a shame giving the love of my burger chain a low rating here, but it’s justified. When rating franchises you want to judge the rating against the franchise as a whole and other franchises inter and intra!. In this case, my man at the front totally bombed the checkout at front case and left me hanging there waiting for a burger he never fully punched in. Double-triple the time waiting at the establishment with no compensation is a 2-star in my book.
The burgers are a little pricey, but you’re paying for the quality. Love the fact that you can add as many toppings as possible for free aswell. The fries are my favourite fast food fries.
$24 for a burger/fries/drink combo is pricey but usually worth it from 5 guys. However, at this location, the server I didn't catch her name but had a high pitched voiced, skimped out on the fries they usually give. Not only were they cold and she didn't fill the bag/cup like usual, when I asked about it, she was very rude and gave me such dirty looks. If I go back to this location, I will ensure not to deal with her and request fresh fries be made. Be cautious.
Burgers are great, but takes a long time to make. Ambience is also so so. No plates for peanuts they offer as complimentary.Food: 4/5
