Just terrible. Just three chicken tenders and one of them was uncooked. Not all the potatoes in the tornado fries were cooked. The burger was just sad. I asked for beef bacon well done. That bacon was flimsy and felt soggy. I also asked light siracha sauce and they put it on all over my burger. The chicken burger was sad. The staff also almost forgot the tornado fries. Not coming again.
The whole combo came under $20 which was good. The poutine had very little fries. I mean it's $7 why go stingy on fries? There was also way too much gravy, however some people may like it like that, should I return I will just stick with sweet potato fries. The burger was dry and over done, however this may be my fault for not letting them know I prefer my burger remain moist and slightly pink on the inside. It's better than McDonald's but I was expecting a softer burger. They clean up well after each customer leaves. I added an egg to my burger and did not regret it, it almost made up for the dry meat. 4/5 star for me but on Google review I will put as 5 star so they don't hate me
I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff and immediately taken by the cozy, warm atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the juicy Lucy on fire and was blown away by the flavour and presentation. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the portion size was generous. My dining companion ordered the crispy chicken burger and was equally impressed. In addition to the excellent food, the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations and checking in on us throughout the meal. Overall, I highly recommend dining at this restaurant . From the delicious food to the outstanding service, it's a dining experience that I won't soon forget
I found the patty in my burger lacking in flavour and way too dry. The bun was mediocre quality too. Overall, I did not enjoy my burger. The chicken sandwich was ok. Nothing special. Overall, despite good service, I found the food underwhelming, lacking in flavour, and dry. I will not be back at Burger Factory.
Amazing burger and fries. I will be coming back with friends to try other menu items. Thanks for a wonderful meal.
Just osum.. my body was missing a good beef burger since i moved to canada..last time i tried burger factory was in Pakistan, karachi.. taste is totally same.. 100% must try if somebody have not tried this place specially people from Pakistan who already knows this burger joint..
When you spend 30 mins to decide what to order... And then you get confused to have a cheeseburger or cheesesteak, so you order both! Cheese Burger. The Utility cheese steak. Always an amazing experience. Pure beef with right toppings.
Tried their Veggie Burger, I believe it was not worth the price and the bun was really bad. The Sesame seeds on the bun was tasting very bad I don’t know why. Overall a bad taste, sauce and the veggie patty was also not great. Not Recommended.
Best burger i had from Ontario. The patty is perfectly cooked and was juicy too. I definitely would recommend “Juicy Lucy fire” to all. Even their sauces are perfect pair for their burgers and fries. Try it out and thank me later.Recommended dishesOnion Rings, Juicy Lucy on Fire, Fries, Burger Factory
Fresh & tasty burgers at comparable prices. Crispy Chicken Burger is the best of its type in GTA. The chicken was crispy as ever and tasted delicious. Chicken Utililty is also amazing. The name is confusing but it looks like a Philly Cheese Sandwich adaquately topped with peppercorn, mayo & cheese. Cheesey Lucy is the beef option that is great for cheese fans. It's a juicy burger stuffed & topped with cheese. Basically, each burger lives upto its name. We are definitely going to try these again & also recommend to friends & family.
