South St. Burger

We're trying out this eatery for the first time. We first intended to create a customised burger, but after reviewing all the topping options, we simply chose to purchase their signature burger because there are simply too many options for us to select from. Therefore, we chose the True North and BBQ bacon. Even though I don't typically eat burgers I like this one. The patty was not dry like it is in other restaurants, my only concern about my burger is that I can't taste the barbecue. Overall, though, this burger joint is either a must-try or a go-to option for burgers.

First time here. My friend and I thought we try it out!!! Halal burger & the fries was delicious! Couldn’t give more than one star because the attitude of the staff was very very bad!!! We asked for the manager but nobody even responded to us! We expressed our disappointment but nobody explained themselves nor said sorry!!! The guy who grills the burgers didn’t have gloves on!!! When we started leaving the staff started laughing I truly feel for the owners!!!good product In a great location but the terrible customer service and racist staff aren’t the best combination!

When you want a juicy burger and be sure to satisfy your craving... South St Burger won't disappoint. Super juicy and so many FREE toppings to choose from!!! I had a burger with: Garlic Mayo, guacamole, aged cheddar, onion ring, tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, hot peppers, and pickles on the side. OMGEEEEE it was the best.. with a side of poutine too . My Aunt had a grilled chicken with aged cheddar, garlic Mayo, and sautéed mushrooms. It too was super juicy. Wheelchair accessible

To those wanting to eat lunch or get a quick bite, I highly recommend their large poutine! High quality, creamy, cheesy and just done right!cthis place is friendly, offers great customer service, and great food at a good price!Food: 5/5

Too many options, I got confused navigating the menu at first. The menu highlighted a set of burger options, combo choices, and make your own choice. I chose a vegetarian option to try. I waited, and a staff behind counter who got my order asked what I wanted in my burger. I assumed it was a pre-set burger, but apparently I had to choose my options. So, I asked for whatever's best didn't want to hold up the queue behind and simply took my order. So the experience was similar to subway, only the quantity of ingredients the staff put in was very little. I could see him count shredded lettuce leaves as he was putting . Overall, my burger tasted okay, not the best. Also, the large fries we ordered were burnt and soggy. I paid 35$ for two burgers and fries. Anyway, highly recommend understanding your options better before ordering so you can enjoy your flavor combo.

Best burger! Located in a mall, the burger is really well put together I've been to other locations that the food is good but burger would just fall apart

I came here with a friend after work and we were both craving something. This place has a great selection for fill-ins, and the prices are pretty solid. I had the BBQ Bacon Burger, and it was impressive. They made sure I was happy with the contents of my meal before they placed the patty on. It tasted great, I’m glad this place lived up to the hype considering I’ve passed by it so many times.

So basically I had the worst first experience. As I was shopping, I wanted something to eat so I found this burger restaurant and tried it. Let me tell, the burger was the worst I've ever tried. I got onion ring and was so expensive for no reason. Also, another thing when my sister went to tell the cashier that her burger was not the same one she ordered, the guy started raising his voice. Food was not even fresh. Furthermore, the food they serve got no flavour.

Best burger and poutine that I have never had, juicy, taste and a lot of toppings choices, cleaned and organized place. Great friendly customer service. Highly recommended and I will go back having a burger for sure.

The experience at this place was pretty good. It seems a little cramped but there's quite a lot of seating. The burger I ordered was prepared pretty quickly and I must really, really thank you guy serving the fries- he was giving out huge portions so mad props to him for making my day with lots of fries. The burger itself was pretty tasty. The patty was juicy and delicious. They mentioned that my burger would be spicy but it wasn't spicy at all that's okay, though. Overall, the experience was great and I'd love to visit again if I were in the neighborhood.
