Their red velvet loaf is my all time favorite. I have a friend who works in Vancouver so I request him to get me the red velvet loaf from Trumps at least once a week. I have also tried their caramel bombs and tarts. Both of them are really delicious and melt in the mouth. Their food makes for great gifts since I know the taste will be good!
One of the best red velvet loaf and lemon loaf I had. I choose Trumps based on a recommendation from a friend and have had different loafs and cookies over the last few months. Value for money.
Trumps products are so yummy and made of good stuff. My faves are the lemon and banana loaf and slims to die for! little slices of dehydrated banana bread that are the perfect hit between cookie and cracker. The staff is super friendly. I love supporting local and women-owned businesses. They make it easy.
I love all their products starting with the famous banana bread to ganaches. Plus, there's always something different to try. As much as I love their chocolate products they've taken a lot of effort to provide low-sugar but tasty treats. So I have to say the gingerbread is my new fave.!
Three things stand out, service, imagination and creativity in product development, and quality of product. I sure have had my favorites, but the extensive lineup never ceases to amaze me. Good delivery in every way!
Consistently fabulous baked goods. Going to a party pick up an assortment of their unbelievable individual deserts. Or if you have to pick one go for the Belgian Truffle !
Sitting on ferry to Nanaimo right now. Coffee and this neat little Cranberry & Orange Loaf. I’m in LOVE. So moist and dense. Never had it before it’s perfect. Had to google you ladies right away. I need more!
We went to buy cakes for my husband birthday, The staff were not friendly at all. We expected to enjoy the cakes after we left, unfortunately the cakes tasted bad and I was embarrassed to my guests! I will not order from them again!
Costmers are looking for good products with decent or average customer service and staff. We do not care if you are american or Canadian or anything else. Your words reflect your way of thinking which is out of the topic. It is better for you to improve your product and the way you are dealing with your custmers than bringing races, genders and ethnicities! UPDATE: Thank you for removing races, genders and ethnicities words from your previous comments that was full of them before editing your response!!!
I’ve enjoyed many products from Trumps and my all time favourite is their Hazelnut Torte which ticks all the deliciousness boxes.
