Can't say enough about Greg and team. Our first experience with Henry C. Reid was after moving to Fairfield in '13 to customize an engagement ring for my wife -and I've never used another jeweler since. To this day still can't get over what an incredible job they did, and they've been the go-to for every birthday and anniversary since. Consistently stocked with top-tier inventory, competitive pricing and are willing/able to customize anything you can imagine hassle-free. Never felt pressured, and they've steered me in the right direction for the perfect something, countless times. If you have ANY jewelry needs, literally could not recommend this place more. A+

What can I say? My experience with Henry C. Reid was beyond my wildest expectations. Greg was super knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel like I had a guiding hand in the design and creation of the ring without ever over-explaining or talking down to me. (The sensation of feeling like I was a part of that was huge.) The fact that we were able to accomplish a gorgeous setting, on time and on budget, with me across the country (in a different time zone!) is insane and amazing. And, needless to say, my now-fiancé was bowled over when she received the ring. It was everything she wanted – sleek, elegant and modern. Now she wants to come back just to get my wedding band done and to thank the fine craftspeople, sales folk and artisans that make Henry C. Reid so special.

Could not of had a better experience with Henry C.Reid. Greg worked with me to refurbish a meaningful older piece into a new custom hand made necklace that I wear everyday! I am so thankful to have this as an option, and genuinely enjoyed designing it with Greg’s beautiful taste. I look forward to working with them again! Excellent customer service, and I highly recommend.

This store is amazing!!! Greg is so knowledgeable about diamonds and wedding rings. He was able to design and give my son the perfect ring his fiancee wanted. More importantly, he was a delight to work with! All he had was a photo of a ring she liked and their on-site and skilled craftsman replicated it exactly! To have such an important piece made in CT while he lives in Los Angeles was a dream come true. It was completed and arrived on time for the perfect proposal. The entire process with Greg could not have gone any smoother. This store is easily the best jeweler in Fairfield County. Forget NYC! While they've helped me with gifts in the past, the minute I saw the ring they made for my son's fiancee ... reinstated what I've always thought ... I'll never shop anywhere else. What a wonderful experience!
