If you like deserts, you gotta go here. Went with my family, really good deserts. Service was exceptional, the server was very helpful and polite. We ordered their cappuccino and chai latte, both were really good. Their chocolate shake is good as well. Gelato and brownies are amazing. Highly recommend this place a must go.Food: 5/5

The atmosphere was great as the seats were really comfy and the decorations were very artsy. We got the Pot and a Hazelnut Sundae. The pot is not edible though on the menu, it looked like it was. So don't be fooled as this is false advertisement. Both of these desserts are really sweet. If you don't want a pool of liquid, you'll need to eat these super fast as they are in cups/jars. The hazelnut sundae is worth ordering again. The waitress did not ask for what we wanted to drink and so we had to ask her. When you have very sweet desserts, you need water to counteract this.

It is a very classy dessert place with ample choices. I was skeptical about the reviews on Google. But I was fortunate to have good service and dessert. I tried the red velvet cheesecake and coconut and fruit sundae. I think both were pretty good. The cake was fresh and moist, slightly on the sweeter side. But the gelato was balancing the dish out. There were a few things I wanted to try, but they ran out as it was almost the end of the day. But overall, it was a good experience.

Great dessert spot with nice decor and ambiance. Originally tried this chain in the UK, but found the location here is refreshingly more appealing. Their desserts are spectacular and crafting with a good attention to detail. The flavours alongside their menu are quite unique and delicious. I recommend trying their croffles, saffron milk cake, and blueberry french toast pudding - all great options. The drinks menu is alright too.

Beautiful interiors with a wide selection of desserts to choose from. It's the perfect place for anyone with a sweet tooth. There's many options on the menu from croffles to crepes to several signature drinks to cheesecake and more. They've also got a "tapas" option where you can try 3-5 desserts mini sized at a combo price. I found the waffles/crepes to be a bit overpriced but I really enjoyed the croffles. We got the dark chocolate and pistachio. The serving of the pistachio could have been a little more generous but the chocolate sauce added was good. The croffle itself was delicious. We also ordered the coconut cream and chocolate dessert pot which I found to be a little too strong in chocolate taste for me. I was expecting something different where I can taste the coconut too but didn't for this one. The ice cream and sorbet that came with both desserts were pretty good. We also got 2 drinks, a dirty chai latte and a maple latte from their fall menu. Personally, it just looked like the maple latte from the fall menu was just the dirty chai latte with whipped cream and cinnamon added. Regardless, we had a great time and enjoyed the items we ordered. I would order the croffles again and maybe try other new items next time. The customer service was good too but I don't like the constant check in from the staff to see if all is good as can get disturbing/annoying. I'd prefer to just call them over if I need anything. Lots of parking space, nice and comfortable seating and delicious desserts/drinks overall.

A fancy classy place that's perfect for a dessert date or just for some conversations with friends. Been here to celebrate a birthday for someone who wanted a little bit of everything! Not disappointed at all. It is pricier than most dessert joints but they do have a lot of variety all in one place and a good spot for dates. Loved everything that was ordered. Perfect shareables. Will go again.

I went to Heavenly Desserts with my mom and sister for dessert and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and clean the place was. I usually go to dessert shops and freeze because it’s always so cold in there but the temperature was perfect. We were greeted by a kind and friendly server who showed us where we can sit and attended to us right away. We ordered a crepe, croffle and fudge cake recommend by our server and they were all absolutely delicious and not extremely sweet and drenched in chocolate unlike some other dessert shops. The prices are good as well and the dessert portions were also great. I will definitely come back again and try something else from the menu because we loved everything we ordered today. Very Cozy, warm and bright atmosphere came here for the first time for my sister bday with me and my family we got dessert plus coffee I got the mint Chocolate chip Milkshake it's mild, minty, chocolaty and just right not overpowering, my dad got a coffee I forgot which one, my sis got croffle bites, there is berry French toast, dirty chai latte etc. Really recommend this place, also super friendly staff. I'd go back again. You won't know unless you try this place! Parking: Easy find, in heartland section, next to Vistek don't judge a book by its cover its not sketchy its well lit inside and pretty. Kid-friendliness: Comfy for their sitting needs like everyone.

The best thing I’ve eaten in a reallllly long time. Everything was so good! The hot chocolate, the lotus croiffle, the quality of the ice cream! Will definitely be returning soon, I hope the quality stays consistent! Staff are very nice as well.Recommended dishesCroffles

The GOOD- the BLUEBERRY PUDDING was good and it came with vanilla ice cream. The ambience is nice. Service was decent. The JUST FINE- WAFFLE and CROFFLES. CROFFLE is literally a normal croissant dough made in a waffle maker served in a super small glass with a nice milk chocolate dipping sauce - the only best item on our table was the dipping sauce. Though mini croffles were fine for the price. WAFFLE - have had way more better waffles. These lacked the perfect blend of crunch, softness and were almost cold ! Spice chai latte was also just ok!
