Mr Pretzels

The pretzels smell so good and are very delicious! They offer both savoury and sweet versions of the whole pretzels; cinnamon and salted versions are delicious choices. Also, they have pretzel dogs composed of sausage surrounded by pretzel pastry. The brush of melted butter and toppings provide the extra touch of deliciousness. Not sure if the price is worth it, but good to have once in a while. The staff are all friendly and quick at producing the pretzels. Pretzel bites come in a cup with the option to place them in a paper bag.

A little expensive snacks for me Two dog bites cost $19.87 after tax. But the sugar cinnamon pretzel is tasty; The price is reasonable. The staff are very nice and friendly. Will come back:

Me and my fiancée decided to try this place pretzels. The beautiful asian guy who I forgot to ask for his name, had the best customer service and even told us which pretzels are which when I ordered two in one bag. He was very cheerful and happy to help us. The pretzels were so GOOD and we didn't even have to wait more than 20s. 101% would try again

The 1st time I tried their pretzels got disappointed as it was tastless Felt like eating a cardboard. Have given it another chance after couple of months and just the same disappointment. Their competitor PRETZELMAKER still have the best pretzels.

NOW OUR DAD WANTS TO COME HERE AGAIN HAHA, BECAUSE THE PRETZELS WERE TASTY AND ONLY COSTED UNDER $5 EACH, WHICH IS PRETTY CHEAP COMPARED TO BEAVERTAILS, WHICH SELLS ITS PASTRIES FROM $6 TO ALMOST $9. WILL COME HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN!!! I TRIED THEIR STRAWBERRY PRETZEL, NEXT ONE COMING UP IS THEIR CARAMEL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY AN HONEST AND A TRULY HAPPY CUSTOMER‼ NO ONE WILL REGRET

This place used to be Mrs. Fields not too long ago, It is now a Mr. Pretzels. I'm a huge sweet tooth and I love pretzels and pretzel bites as a dessert/snack. My go to is the cinnamon flavor and I really like that they opened this location in the mall so that there is no monopoly in which Aunt Anne's pretzels had that in the mall. At Mr. Pretzels you can find the equivalent of Ms. Annes, but at a cheaper price which makes it more appealing for people on a budget. It is safe to say that this location is my go to at the mall for the best bang for the buck for pretzels

Came here with the fam and boy! It was my first time trying one and I was surprised at how soft and flavourful the pretzels were! I also tried the “pig in a blanket”! Let’s just say I went for thirds! Top notch services from the staff!
