5 stars. I’m very picky. I wasn’t a fan until I lined up and tried the cookies fresh. You NEED to try them fresh. SO GOOD! The store had a long line up, wait wasn’t long at all -less than 5 min. Smells amazing in there! It was super clean, welcoming, looks like a fun place to work, good vibes, friendly staff. You get friendly greetings when you walk in. It’s worth the drive across town to get them. Try them all! Make sure you try them the day you get them.
Wow! The service here is so good I actually felt like I walked into a dealership and someone is looking to make a commission! The semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie is sooooo good! The prices are a bit high for a cookie but it’s definitely worth the experience. From start to finish you can see the WHOLE process unfold in front of you. Everyone working here actually looks like they’re happy to be here. Especially Tanya! Thank you so much for your big bright smile and super positive energy!
Although the cookies are way over priced, the Milk Chocolate Chip was THE BEST chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. It was big, it was warm, it was soft and it was not overly sweet. This cookie is worth the advertised $5.79! And because of how good this cookie was, I rated this place 5/5 stars. Having said that, I also tried two other cookies: Boston Cream Pie and Strawberry Cheesecake. Although they were okay, they were nowhere close to the milk chocolate chip cookie. These two cookies were definitely NOT worth the $5.79 each. I will definitely be coming back for the milk chocolate chip and nothing else!
I patiently waited 25 minutes in 30°C scorching heat for a taste of the popular Crumbl Cookies... was it worth the wait? The few bites of the chocolate cookie left me speechless. It was moist and chewy - it was everything that you would expect from a cookie and more... but I only ate 3/4 of it. It's a nice treat, but it's a bit too high in calories for me. It's also pricey at $22 for a box of 4. The packaging is lovely. The customer service is exceptional. They have self-serve checkout. After placing your order, your name appears on a digital board. This board will show your place in line. I was in-and-out of the bakery in less than 5 minutes. Overall, if you love sugary sweets, it may be worth the wait for you. I personally would not wait in a lineup again with 30+ people just for gourmet cookies..‍
Nice place with delicious cookies. Smart marketing too. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and the their service is fast if the line up isn’t too long lol. They have a number of cookies for each day to serve, not necessarily different ones each day. Everything here is more than good except the price! I may visit again soon. Highly recommended but it’s never diet friendly.
Delicious freshly made cookies. The cookies are massive, very heavy, and very sweet. Banana Bread is the best flavour. I recommend 1 per person max, then nap time. Very friendly and polite staff. Convenient self serve ordering on a tablet. Lots of parking in a large plaza.
If you like gooey, dense, sweet cookies then you’ll love these. Personally we found the cookies were way too sweet. We cut each cookie in four - can’t imagine eating an entire cookie. They are definitely pricey at $50/dozen. I don’t think I’d wait in line.
I went on a Wednesday night at 9pm. Waited in line for about 45 minutes. Bought a box of 6 of each flavour for $29.69. It tastes pretty good, way better and bigger than a Costco, subway, etc cookie. I’ve seen some people say their cookies were underbaked but mine were great. The price is pretty expensive for a cookie, but I feel like it’s not unreasonable for it to be $5 per cookie. I’ve seen some cafes have smaller cookies for that price. There’s an open kitchen, and everything looks very clean, and staff all had gloves, hats, and hairnets. Though it did just open so hopefully they maintain the cleanliness. Once the hype dies down and the wait in line is shorter, I’d go back to buy more.
My honest opinion. This place has garnered a lot of hype since opening. I went and visited this spot last Saturday. Not a crazy line-up. Was able to walk in and out within 5 minutes in the morning/afternoon around 12pm. They have tons of staff, one specifically to greet and open the door and many workers in the back baking cookies. Much like other reviews it is quite steep 4 cookies for 22$. The cookies were huge and delicious, and they change flavours weekly. TLDR: Cookies are great, just expensive. Lots of hype. Great if you'd like to get a gift for a gathering or to try something new. Overall 7/10 for value and taste
10/10 experience. Went to the soft opening and was greeted immediately by everyone saying “Welcome to Crumbl!” The moment you walk in you see the employees working hard and the smell was fantastic. The store was beautiful, and we had a nice employee explain the concept of the store having a weekly rotating menu to us. Cookies were delicious! Soft and fluffy but not too sweet! Will come back very soon!
