This was the worst service I have ever received!! I placed a specific order for my daughters birthday. She received the order and sent me a picture thanking me since I am 300 miles away in another state. To my surprise the order was not what I had ordered. I spoke with Brian and also with Virginia. Brian argued that this was the order that was written. Virginia agreed that she didn't take the order correctly. My daughter is a very busy full time ISU Student so I agreed to have Evert's drop off different flowers to add to her bouquet. Fast forward to the following day. I am told that Evert's left a message for my daughter telling her to stop in and switch out her bouquet. NOT WHAT I AGREED TO!!! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE, PRICES TO HIGH!!!!

Everts is the place to get your flowers for weddings, home decor, funerals, birthdays or any event. Always great staff and beautiful atmosphere!

I have never received such beautiful flowers as I have from Everet's flowers. I can rely on them to deliver in a timely manner with some of the most fresh and gorgeous bouquets.
