Dr Atif is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is incredibly kind, listens to you and makes sure you know that she cares. She has taken care of my own health even prenatal for years and now is my 2 month old baby’s doctor as well and she has done an amazing job easing my worries and answering all my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
In my research, in terms of travel vaccine appointment costs, this place is among the lowest. I came here to get my travel vaccines. I met with Dr. Khan, who is very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. They provide an informative handout that lays out everything, so you don't have to memorize schedules or take notes. I recommend checking out their sister pharmacy, "pharmasense," for your travel vaccines. Again, no issues with reception either, and the nurses are fantastic!
The worst front desk ever! Called in for an appointment for my 4 year old who has been sick last 8 days, and we have our family doctor at this clinic. The lady at the front desk was so rude! She said there are no doctors for walk in cos the doc is fully booked. And suggested we take our child to emergency. We said we wanted to consult with our family doctor to which she said he's not available and that she gave us 2 options which we didn't take. The attitude was highly disrespectful when all we wanted was to talk to our family doctor. She was the least helpful and no I don't want to take my daughter to emergency or other clinics when we want to talk to our family doctor. No help whatsoever!!!!
We went for a walk in for my daughter. Nurse was very sweet and kept my daughter very engaged during the check up. However the doctor was not very friendly. No internet action with my little one and did not answer my questions clearly. Gave instructions and asked us to come again for tests. No timelines unless I asked again and again. Will not recommend for little kids.
Our whole family has been coming here for a long time, well over a decade, with Dr. Shahbaz Khan. Never had any problems with Dr. Khan or any of the staff. A doctor's office can be a very busy place especially in this neighbourhood, so people just need to be patient and understanding.
Amazing customer service by the very hard working receptionist but a very low service by Dr. Jaffray who told me to loose weight while I am dealing with mussel loss all over my body because I suffer from RA and this one of the side effects having it. If you don't know about health issues enough please don't give any advices that are totally not related not relevant and just show your lake of knowledge in some areas. She also told me to wait and wasn't willing to give me a referral to see a foot sergeant that can help me to deal with my RA feet deformation. The more time I'll wait the less ability I'll have to walk. Again, she is not educted to give any advices in some chronic illness and I will not put my faith in her hands. Got the referral through much knowledgeable educated doctor who does not think he knows it all like her and make the wrong heavy costly choices for his patients.
As a fellow healthcare worker who has worked in multiple family medicine clinics, I find their COVID policies nonsensical and the front desk was incredibly defensive of it. I offered a negative COVID PCR result and was told I needed to do a rapid test on the spot as well, and I was in fact told to go outside in the cold to do since I had been dropped off and didn't have a car to access. I spoke with the doctor there who agreed any policy that takes a rapid antigen over a PCR makes no sense scientifically as a PCR is way more accurate. I spoke to the front desk about this and was met with a defensive response as they argued with me that they are following the clinics policy rather than listening to my feedback that the policy needs revision. The clinic needs to review their policies as its a waste of resources to be making every viral patient take rapid tests and wait longer for an apt when a PCR has already been provided. I have yet to work in a FM clinic that has such a policy.
Worst medical facility in Ontario. The lack of care is horrendous. Dr Sabahat Jafri is the worst doctor that I have had the misfortune to encounter. She is always rushing her appointments and her knowledge level is so low that she shouldn’t be allowed to practice medicine.
Best walk-in doctor in my oppinion. Staff are always friendly and the doctors are great. Compassionate and great bedside manner. They never disappoint.
I usually avoid walk-ins because of the long waits and lack of care/solutions provided. HealthSense, however, was a great experience. The administrative staff and the doctor were all wonderful - they were organized, helpful, kind, and caring. I arrived when they opened, and there was no wait.
