Halton Diabetes Program

I came here because i had Gestational Diabetes, they have a really good program and i have learned a lot, i was able to control with diet and not needing any meds or insulin. I did not need to come as often. The dietician taught me how i should eat and it helped me a lot, so much that avoiding all the bad foods caused me to lose a bit of weight. It made me feel a lot better and willing to continue this diet to keep healthy. I recommend to any pregnant ladies out there who are going here to get the parking pass as the waiting can be long sometimes up to 3 hours. I got lucky once i did not have to wait as long as i picked the earliest time available.

One of the newest and modern medical facilities in Ontario. Staff , Doctors, nurses and volunteers are exceptional.
