We are a primary care clinic that provides a variety of health & wellness services to women, children, and their families.

Story

Our vision is to improve health equity and well being of women, children, and their families who have limited access to primary health care services

Health Zone NPLC is a team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, a Registered Social Worker, a Registered Dietitian, and Medical Office Assistants.

We all work together to provide a wide variety of health care services to clients of all ages. We are currently accepting new clients!

Our services include:
• Diagnosis and chronic disease management
• Well baby, well child, well woman checks
• Family planning
• Immunizations
• Physical exams and tests
• Medication prescriptions
• Support and counselling
• Exercise guidance
• Meal and nutritional support
• Health teaching and health promotion

We have three locations:
- Merrymount site: 1064 Colborne Street
- Southdale site: 1057 Southdale Road East
- Allan Rush site: 6 Barberry Court
