Had not had Harvey's burger in a while. And it was delicious. I introduced my brother to the burgers today. .couldn't believe he had never eaten one. Such a nice treat Food: 5/5
If i could give the option of -4 stars i would .. every-time i have been here i have nothing but disappointed but tonight took the cake ! Order at drive thru with my husband and daughter after 15 mins of waiting in drive thru finally order our food get to the window pay the young guy at window hands us our drinks.. then 10 mins later our food… shoves everything into 1 bag .. of course has my husband grabs it rips food all on the ground the kid tells us to wait on the side he will bring us our food .. Well!!! After waiting a good 25 mins husband goes inside, the kid who dropped the food goes on break without letting other employees know that they had to redo our order then an other 30mins of waiting for our food to end up not even getting what we ordered…..
Probably my favorite fast food place.....Love there wraps, you can load it with whatever you want that makes it good and worth it not like they other fast food places that only put sauce and lettuceFood: 5/5

Their burgers are always fresh and tasty, I have zero complaints. If you want a quick bite and a deluxe BBQ style burger, definitely check them out, just avoid their poutine. Parking: Plenty of parking and a drivethru Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible with a ramp, no problem.
Food good but location is filthy cant look anywhere without seeing garbage on the floor, most tables are sticky and it is very quiet so no excuse for itFood: 3/5
Ripped us off and called us a liar. Irredeemable owner. Never spend a dime there again. Too bad for them cuz that's quite a bit of money monthly. UPDATE AFTER REPLY FROM OWNER: You're reference number to fill out doesn't fix anything. I've already complained to headquarters and you & both never replied. You ripped by husband off and you called him a liar to his face. You missed a 8$ sandwich and you refused rudely to give what was missing.
Got our burgers fast but was almost finished eating them when we finally got our frings and no line-up. Managers should spend time at this restaurant cause the cleanliness sucks big time. Tables not cleaned and floors are disgusting. Alot of food under the tables .. not appealing at all. I love Harvey's and would be very sorry to see a Canadian franchise go down the tubes
The burger was over-cooked and meat was nowhere near as juicy and good as they used to be. I've been a Harvey's fan since the chain started way back, but I guess like so many other fastfood restaurants, quality is going down rather than up.
The worker was so slow. He took our fries and rings and put them on the counter for a long time before the burgers were done. He then put them together so slow. I had to return the fries and rings and wait for fresh ones. Will not go back to that harveys ever again!!!
