I should have taken the hint when the gentleman at the counter was yelling at them for continuously getting his order wrong. The next man came up and explained that he'd been waiting for 20 minutes and all of his food was sitting in the warming racks. They charged me for my food and 10 minutes later told me that they didn't have the food items I ordered, it took another 5 minutes for me to get a refund. I asked if they are under new management, yep. I guess I'll wait until the next round of New Management before I return.
Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes while the employees squealed and goofed around. Fries were cold. Burger tasted salty,cold and had an old taste. Woman before me got a poutine. When she asked where is the gravy, they looked at her like she had two heads and said, with a loud sigh , " well it will take 15 minutes to heat up the gravy.". Seriously???
Me and my family went here to pickup an online order we made in advance. When we arrived there Greber Branch the drive-thru and pickup lane were all closed! It says the hour of operations was until 10PM, it was just 6:50PM and it was CLOSED!!!??? We tried knocking on the pickup window but the crew were ignoring us. The only time they approach us was when we knock the window so hard to catch their attention. One of the crew just looked at us and shaked her head like its our fault why we order there! It tooked us 30 mins more to get our order... When they saw that more people are waiting outside thats the only time they open one lane of the drive thru. We were truly disappointed on your service!
What joke this place is. Ordered whoppers and they all looked like this. Almost no toppings, flat as a pancake ! Pretty much all bread. So done with this place. 30$ later . Do yourself a favour and go to a real burger joint and real food. !
Went inside to order and I’m glad we did because we definitely saved ourselves from getting food poisoning. I’ve never seen a dirtier chain restaurant. The pop station had days old dried pop stuck to the stainless steel, the floors were disgusting, And the whole place is just a disaster. By the time we got the food out to the car we decided we couldn’t eat it and went back in for a refund. I don’t know how this place is passing local health inspections or how management or BK corporate allows it to still be open and serving food. Based on other reviews it looks like quite a few people have gotten sick here.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The orders are always wrong. Food is nasty and cold. Go to any other burger king but this one. Trust me - save your money
Pathetic staff, have a brand new drive through and it's never opened. Staff just stands around, customers wait 20 minutes for an order. No idea how this place is still open.Food: 1/5
why do they even have a restaurant there? The crew are unaware of thier customers and I didnt get ANY service after waiting 5 minutes at the counter.
Long wait times and terrible quality. All my burger buns were burnt on the inside and dry. I'm stunned. Didn't expect this at all. C'est horrible. Trés mauvaise qualité. Never going back here and I hope no one has to go here for their own sake
